Điều 23. Điều kiện sửa đổi, chấm dứt Hợp đồng
23.1. Sửa đổi Hợp đồng
23.1.1. Sửa đổi, bổ sung thời hạn của Hợp đồng trong các trường hợp sau:
Do điều chỉnh Dự án theo quy định tại Khoản 3.6 của Hợp đồng BOT này;
Do điều chỉnh thời gian xây dựng Công trình dự án theo quy định tại Khoản 12.5.3 Hợp đồng này;
(a) Khi thiết kế xây dựng được thay đổi, điều chỉnh theo quy định tại Khoản 4.3.6 của Hợp đồng này;
(b) Khi Tổng vốn đầu tư Dự án tại Khoản 6.2 Hợp đồng BOT này được điều chỉnh;
(c) Khi giá trị quyết toán Công trình dự án theo quy định tại Khoản 13.6 của Hợp đồng này;
(d) Khi tổng vốn đầu tư, cơ cấu vốn BOT, tiến độ huy động vốn BOT quy định tại hợp đồng này thay đổi;
(e) Khi điều chỉnh thời hạn thu phí theo quy định tại Khoản 15.4.3 của Hợp đồng này;
(f) Khi có Sự kiện bất khả kháng hoặc các sự cố Công trình xảy ra không do lỗi của Nhà đầu tư, Doanh nghiệp dự án như đã quy định tại Hợp đồng BOT;
(g) Khi thực hiện Hợp đồng các thông số được sử dụng để tính toán trong Phương án tài chính thay đổi theo quy định tại Hợp đồng BOT;
(h) Khi Nhà nước, [Bbb] hoặc cơ quan có thẩm quyền yêu cầu Nhà đầu tư, Doanh nghiệp dự án dừng việc thu phí theo quy định trong Hợp đồng này;
(i) Khi thuế giá trị gia tăng và thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp khác với quy định tại thời điểm ký kết Hợp đồng BOT;
(j) Các trường hợp khác quy định tại Hợp đồng BOT hoặc quy định của pháp luật có liên quan.

23.1. Modify Contracts
23.1.1. Amending and supplementing the duration of the contract in the following cases:
The adjustment of the project in accordance with clause 3.6 of the BOT contract;
therefore adjust the time the project construction works in accordance with clause 12.5 .3 this contract;
(a) When building design changed, adjusted as provided for in Clause 4.3.6 of this Agreement;
(b) When the total project investment in paragraph 6.2 of this BOT adjusted;
(c) When the value of the settlement project work in accordance with clause 13.6 of this Agreement;
(d) When the total investment, capital structure BOT and BOT capital mobilization schedule specified in this change contracts;
(e) When adjusting the time limit prescribed charges in paragraph 15.4.3 of this agreement;
(f) When a force majeure event or incident happened project no fault of investors, project enterprise as stipulated in the BOT contract;
(g) in carrying out contract parameters used to calculate the financial plan changes as stipulated in the BOT contract;
