Sau hơn 1 tháng kể từ ngày cho ra lò sản phẩm thép cuộn cán nóng đầu tiên (25/12/2015), đến nay, Công ty TNHH Gang thép Hưng nghiệp Formosa Hà Tĩnh (FHS) đã sản xuất 4.700 tấn thép và 6.000 tấn cốc.

Sản phẩm thép của Formosa đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn, giá cả hợp lý và đã được tiêu thụ tại thị trường trong nước trên 440 tấn. Đây là tín hiệu vui, có ý nghĩa hết sức quan trọng, khẳng định sản phẩm chủ lực của nền công nghiệp Hà Tĩnh đã có mặt trên thị trường trong và ngoài nước.

Sản phẩm thép cuộn cán nóng của FHS

Được biết, nhà máy thép của FHS là xưởng luyện thép hiện đại nhất khu vực Đông Nam Á với sản lượng 4 triệu tấn thép cuộn cán nóng/năm.

Mỗi cuộn thép cán nóng được sản xuất trong vòng 2 phút qua các công đoạn gia nhiệt, cán thô, cán tinh và máy cuộn. Trọng lượng mỗi cuốn nặng hơn 20 tấn.
