Công ty TNHH HydroScience Asia, hoạt động theo Giấy chứng nhận đầu tư số 411023000503 chứng nhận lần đầu ngày 08 tháng 12 năm 2008 (số Giấy chứng nhận đầu tư gốc 411043000915) và thay đổi lần thứ 3 ngày 04 tháng 12 năm 2013 do Ủy ban nhân dân Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh cấp.
