Mỗi bên sẽ đòi hỏi sự ủy quyền nhằm thi hành, thực hiện Thỏa thuận này và các Phụ lục cần thiết kèm theo, hoặc những mệnh lệnh cần thiết nhằm thực hiện đầy đủ nghĩa vụ của Thỏa thuận này.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Each side will require the authority to enforce, implement this agreement and the annex attached, or the necessary orders needed to fulfill obligations of this agreement.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Each party shall require authorization to enforce and implement this Agreement and the necessary accompanying annex, or the commands necessary to fully implement the obligations of this Agreement.
