• Trường hợp người ủy quyền và ngườ

• Trường hợp người ủy quyền và người được ủy quyền cùng đến Eximbank làm thủ tục ủy quyền:
+) Người ủy quyền và người được ủy quyền đến bất kỳ điểm giao dịch (Sở giao dịch, chi nhánh, phòng giao dịch) của Eximbank xuất trình chứng minh nhân dân/ hộ chiếu còn thời hạn hiệu lực, điền đầy đủ thông tin vào 2 tờ Giấy ủy quyền theo mẫu của Eximbank và ký tên trước sự chứng kiến của 2 cán bộ nhân viên Eximbank (Cán bộ giao dịc và kiểm soát viên/ lãnh đạo phòng);
+) Sau khi kiểm tra tính đầy đủ, hợp pháp, chính xác, hợp lệ của các yếu tố trên Giấy ủy quyền, đối chiếu chữ ký của người ủy quyền với chữ ký mẫu lưu tại Eximbank, lãnh đọa phòng nghiệp vụ liên quan ký xác nhận trên 2 tờ giấy ủy quyền (một bản lưu và một bản giao cho người được ủy quyền).
• Trường hợp người ủy quyền và người được ủy quyền không thể cùng đến Eximbank để làm thủ tục ủy quyền thì văn bản ủy quyền phải có xác nhận của Ủy ban nhân dân hoặc cơ quan Công chứng.
• Trường hợp người ủy quyền là công dân Việt Nam đang sinh sống ở nước ngoài, cá nhân người nước ngoài không có mặt tại Việt Nam thì văn bản ủy quyền phải có xác nhân của cơ quan đại diện phía Việt Nam ở nước ngoài nơi người ủy quyền đang cư trú hoặc cơ quan có thẩm quyền của nước mà người đó là công dân (Sau đó văn bản này phải được hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự)

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

• Where the authorizer and the persons authorized to Eximbank authorization procedures:
+) The authorization and the person authorized to any transaction (Exchange, branches and transaction offices) of Eximbank presenting the identity card / passport validity period, complete information on 2 sheets of attorney form signed by Eximbank and the presence of two staff Eximbank (dic Affairs Officer and supervisors / leaders of the room);
+) After checking the completeness, legality, accuracy and validity of the above elements of attorney, collate the signatures of the authorized signature with samples stored in Eximbank, leaders fall-related provision in the second certifying authorization paper (one copy and one copy to the authorized person).
• Where the authorizer and the authorized person can not be the same to Eximbank to authorization procedures, the written authorization must be certified by the People's Committees or agencies Notary.
• In cases where authorization is Vietnam nationals living abroad, foreigners and individuals without in Vietnam, the written authorization must be certified by missions abroad toward Vietnam where the authorized person is resident or the competent authority of the country of which he is a citizen (then text must be legalized by consular)
