Bất kì sự thay đổi, sửa chữa, nâng cấp nào của Bên B đối với tài sản thế chấp làm tăng giá trị thực tế của Tài sản thế chấp sẽ được coi là bộ phận không tách rời thuộc Tài sản thế chấp.

Any alteration, repair, upgrades for the B-Party collateral increases the real value of the collateral will be regarded as integral parts in the collateral.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Any change, repair, upgrading of Party B for collateral increases the actual value of the mortgaged property will be considered integral parts of Collateral.
