Thưa ông,
Theo biên bản họp tháng ngày 16/01/2016 giữa Tư vấn giám sát, Chủ đầu Tư và Nhà thầu thi công, Chủ đầu tư có yêu cầu Nhà thầu sửa chữa một số tồn tại trên công trường.
Nhà thầu đã tiến hành khắc phục và có đệ trình kế hoạch sửa chữa khắc phục các tồn tại trên (xin vui lòng xem thư đính kèm).
Trong quá trình sửa chữa trên, Chúng tôi rất mong ông xem xét chấp thuận thanh toán IPC07 cho Nhà thầu để tạo điều kiện về tài chính cho Nhà thầu thi công.
