Both countries should update and exchange the
list of restricted commodities to ensure not to issue license and not to allow crossborder
trade for those commodities. The focal points should be established in both
countries to be more vigilant in monitoring the movement of goods across borders. At
the same time, the regional cooperation to counter cross-border crimes should also be
accelerated.
