Bên B được miễn trừ mọi trách nhiệm liên quan đến những tranh chấp bất lợi đối với các điều lệ, điều kiện vi phạm về các quyền sao chép, đạo văn và xâm phạm bản quyền gây ra từ việc đăng quảng cáo dẫn đến phát sinh các chi phí trong quá trình kiện tụng, tranh chấp, bồi thường.
