Bên nào không thực hiện đầy đủ nghĩ

Bên nào không thực hiện đầy đủ nghĩa vụ hoặc vi phạm các thoả thuận trong Hợp đồng thì phải bồi thường thiệt hại cho Bên còn lại (nếu có) và chịu phạt tám phần trăm (8%) giá trị phần nghĩa vụ Hợp đồng bị vi phạm.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

The party would not fulfill the obligation or breach of the agreement in the contract must then compensate the damage to the left (if any) and subject to a penalty of eight percent (8%) of the value portion of the contract obligations are violated.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Any party to fully implement or violates obligations agreed in the contract must pay damages to the other party (if any) and under penalty of eight percent (8%) value of the contract obligations were violate.

Kết quả (Anh) 3:

In the case of no complete obligation or breach of contract, compensation for loss to the other party (if any) and the penalty (8%) value of the eight percent part of the contractual obligations are violated.
