Dữ liệu nghiên cứu sau khi được thu thập đầy đủ và làm sach. Tác giả tiến hành phân tích theo qui trình sau:
- Thống kê mô tả: Thực hiện các thống kê mô tả theo mẫu nghiên cứu theo các biến phân loại như giới tính, học vấn, thu nhập
- Crombach alpha: Kiểm định sự tin cậy của các thang đo nghiên cứ bằng hệ số Crombach alpha và hệ số tương quan biến tổng
- EFA Phân tích khám phá nhân tố đề tìm ra các biến tiềm ẩn bằng các hệ số KMO, phương sai giải thích.
