đã bỏ trốn về Mỹ.
Chúng tôi đã gửi công văn đề nghị Ban quản lý các khu công nghiệp tỉnh Bà rịa vũng tàu xác minh. hiện tại tòa án cũng đã gửi văn bản yêu cầu Sở kế hoạch đầu tư, ban quản lý các khu công nghiệp để xác minh tình trạng hoạt động của công ty Tri loan.
Trong trường hợp tòa án xác minh được Công ty tri loan còn đăng ký hoạt động tại Vũng Tàu thì sẽ tiến hành thủ tục xét xử theo quy định pháp luật.
