The concept of motivation -According to the Longman English Dictionary: "motivation is a motivated consciously or unconsciously evoked and action oriented on achieving a desired goal"-According to Mitchell he thought: motivation is a degree to which each individual would like to reach and choose to mount his behavior. (Multlines, 1999, page 418).-According to the organizational behavior of Dr. Bui Anh Tuan: "labor motivation is internal factors stimulate people actively working in conditions that allow the creation of productivity, high efficiency. Expression of motivation is the willing, effort, passion to work to achieve the goals of the Organization as well as of workers ". (Statistical Publishing House, 2003, p. 89).From the above definition, we can give a general understanding of the East force as follows: Motivation is the desire to strive voluntarily, of each to improve capacity, all aspects that make up the strength to accomplish the goals or resultsMotivation is basic element of decision choosing the behavior of each person so that they will have more positive behavior of get and complete all work in his positionMotivation is the willingness expressed a high degree of motivation to towards the objectives of the Organization in terms of some individual needs are satisfied by the possibility of their efforts.
