Những điều cần tránh khi thiết kế thi công phòng hát karaoke
Thiết kế phòng karaoke giá rẻ và có được hiệu quả tốt nhất cho chủ đầu tư thì cần quan tâm để ý quán karaoke của mình từ thời điểm xây dựng ban đầu ( Thời điểm bắt đầu thiết kế phòng karaoke, thời điểm bắt đầu thi công công trình, quá trình thi công, kết thúc bàn giao công trình….) Không phải đơn vị nhà thầu thi công karaoke giá rẻ nào cũng thật sự tốt…nên chính bạn ” là chủ đầu tư” vẫn phải nên trang bị cho mình những kiến thức cần thiết!
Những vấn đề cần lưu ý của chủ đầu tư với các đơn vị thi công là:
– Giám sát hệ thống lắp đặt cấp hút khí:
+ Hệ thống cấp khí là “rất rất” … quan trọng cho phòng karaoke. Ống cứng sẽ làm thoát nước nhanh hơn và tốt hơn ống mềm rất nhiều…và cũng lưu ý khi thi công ông cứng không nên đi lòng vòng…Điều lưu ý thứ 2 về vấn đề điều hòa là ống đồng điều hòa không nên đi dài qua 15m….vì như vậy sẽ rất khó làm mát cho phòng karaoke nhà bạn
– Giám sát hệ thống đi dây âm thanh cho phòng karaoke:
+ Có một điều rất quan trọng cho vấn đề này đó là cách đi dây âm thanh. Do dây âm thanh là dây tín hiệu nên nó sẽ bị ảnh hưởng bởi độ ẩm của môi trường. Do vậy khi đi dây âm thanh tuyệt đối nên đi trongmôi trường ẩm ướt
– Giám sát hệ thống cách âm phòng karaoke:
+ Các vật liệu khi đưa lên tường cách âm phải thật sự kín thì mới tạo được vách cách âm tốt nhất. Bạn nên trao đổi kỹ với giám sát bên đơn vị thi công để họ thi công đảm bảo nhất cho bạn. + Nhung trang trí phải có nền gỗ ép 5mm và nên có khung bo 9mm (Rất nhiều đơn vị thi công cố tình bỏ qua điều này)
+ Gương nên là gương Malaysia ( Gương này không bị ố) trong quá trình sử dụng
+ Mặt ngoài của Fip nên là kính cường lực…để tránh trường hợp gây sát thương nếu bị vỡ
+ Cấu kiện gỗ nên sơn bằng sơn O7 hoặc cao cấp hơn. để tránh ngả mầu và chống xước khi sử dụng
+ Gỗ nên làm bằng gỗ Malayxia…hoăc MHF . Không nên dùng gỗ Trung Quốc hoặc VN sản xuất sẽ có chất lượng không đảm bảo, dễ bị cong vênh, nứt, ẩm mốc trong quá trình sử dụng
+ Khung tranh nên sử dụng khung tranh nhập khẩu. Khung tranh VN sản xuất có chất lượng kém hơn rất nhiều…
