Theo quy định về đăng ký doanh nghiệp, khi thay đổi người đại diện theo pháp luật thì doanh nghiệp phải thực hiện đăng ký với cơ quan quản lý đăng ký doanh nghiệp nhưng không yêu cầu phải công bố nội dung và phạm vi đại diện của người đại diện theo pháp luật.
