Chỉ được bổ sung Phó Chánh Văn phòng khi số lượng ít hơn theo quy định của Thông tư liên tịch này.
2. Giữ nguyên đơn vị thực hiện nhiệm vụ tin học và xuất bản công báo cho đến khi có hướng dẫn cụ thể về Cổng Thông tin điện tử.
