4.3 Các khoản chi trả cho Đại lý, sẽ được Công ty thanh toán bằng tiền mặt hoặc chuyển khoản (sau khi đã khấu trừ thuế thu nhập theo quy định của pháp luật) chậm nhất vào ngày cuối tháng của quý đó, trên cơ sở doanh thu phí “Thẻ Hội viên, Bảo hiểm” của các giao dịch hoàn thành được Công ty xác nhận trước ngày 25 của tháng cuối quý.
