- Liều lượng kích dục tố (KDT)
+ Cá cái được tiêm KDT 2 lần. Lần 1 tiêm 1/4 - 1/5 lượng thuốc cần tiêm.
+ Sau khoảng 6 đến 8 giờ tiêm hết số thuốc còn lại.
+ Cá đực tiêm 1 lần trước khi tiêm lần 2 cho cá cái khoảng 2 giờ liều lượng bằng ½ tổng liều của cá cái.
+ Một ống thốc chứa 0,2mg LRH-A được dùng kèm với 4 -5 viên DOM sử dụng tiêm cho 4,5 – 5kg cá cái.
