Bên A đồng ý chuyển giao công nghệ mà A đã dùng cho B vào ngày hợp đồng bắt đầu có hiệu lực cho việc sản xuất sản phẩm đã ghi rõ ở phụ lục A. Công nghệ phải phù hợp về mọi mặt đối với các chi tiết về sản lượng, hiệu quả và lượng thải chất ô nhiễm được ghi trong phụ lục A

Party A agrees to transfer technology that A was used for B on the contract began in force for the production of products clearly stated in Appendix a. technology must conform in every respect to the details of production, efficiency and pollutant emissions are given in annex a.
