Điều 90. Báo cáo kế hoạch vận hành và kết quả vận hành hệ thống điện quốc gia
1. Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện có trách nhiệm lập báo cáo định kỳ gửi Cục Điều tiết điện lực về kế hoạch vận hành hệ thống điện quốc gia năm tới, tháng tới và tuần tới, bao gồm việc lập kế hoạch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa thiết bị quy định từ Điều 73 đến Điều 78 Thông tư này và đánh giá an ninh hệ thống điện quy định từ Điều 90 đến Điều 94 Thông tư này.
2. Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện có trách nhiệm lập báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình thực hiện, kết quả vận hành hệ thống điện quốc gia năm (05) năm, hàng năm, hàng tháng và hàng tuần. Trong đó đánh giá việc thực hiện các tiêu chuẩn vận hành quy định tại Chương II Thông tư này; đánh giá nhu cầu phụ tải điện và diễn biến tiêu thụ điện, đánh giá sai số dự báo nhu cầu phụ tải điện; đánh giá kết quả vận hành lưới điện truyền tải; tình hình sự cố và nguyên nhân, đề xuất các biện pháp để đảm bảo vận hành hệ thống điện an toàn tin cậy và hiệu quả; các chỉ số đánh giá chất lượng hoạt động quy định tại Điều 96 Thông tư này; các số liệu thống kê về cung cấp nhiên liệu, tình hình thuỷ văn các hồ chứa thuỷ điện và huy động các nhà máy điện; thống kê sự cố nguồn điện và lưới điện.
3. Trước ngày 25 tháng 12 hàng năm, Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện phải lập báo cáo về kế hoạch vận hành cho năm tới; trước ngày 25 hàng tháng lập báo cáo về kế hoạch vận hành cho tháng tới; trước ngày thứ sáu hàng tuần phải lập báo cáo về kế hoạch vận hành tuần tới gửi Cục Điều tiết điện lực.
