Hồ sơ chuyên gia tư vấn (Team Leader) phải đáp ứng được 2 tiêu chí sau:
- 10-15 năm kinh nghiệm tư vấn dự án, dẫn dắt ít nhất 3 dự án tư vấn về Quản trị dữ liệu quy mô nhóm 5 người trở lên trong ngành Ngân hàng/Tài chính
- Có kinh nghiệm quản trị các dự án phức tạp, liên quan đến nhiều LOB (Line of Business), phân tích đánh giá hiện trạng và yêu cầu của khách hàng, quản lý chính sách, quản lý thay đổi, triển khai chương trình có hiệu quả, đáp ứng thời hạn và chất lượng tư vấn.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Records of consultants (Team Leader) must meet the following criteria: 2 -10-15 years of experience in consulting, project lead at least 3 project management consultancy group scale data of 5 or more people in the banking/financial-Experience in managing complex projects, involving multiple LOB (Line of Business), the analysis reviews the status and requirements of the customer, policy management, change management, implementation of effective programs, meet deadlines and quality advice.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Profile consultants (Team Leader) must satisfy two criteria:
- 10-15 years of experience in consulting projects, led at least 3 projects consulting Data Management group size of 5 people or higher in Banking / Finance
- Experience in management of complex projects involving multiple LOB (Line of Business), analyze and assess the current situation and requirements of the customer, policy management, manage change and implement programs effectively, meet deadlines and quality of advice.
