Bên B thực hiện bàn giao cho bên A

Bên B thực hiện bàn giao cho bên A theo 4 giai đoạn sau:
Giai đoạn 1: Trước ngày 30.03.2017
Giai đoạn 2: Trước ngày 30.06.2017
Giai đoạn 3: Trước ngày 30.08.2017
Giai đoạn 4: Trước ngày 30.10.2017
Công trình bàn giao từng giai đoạn thể hiện tại phụ lục hợp đồng
Bên B phải thông báo bằng văn bản cho bên A được biết trước khi tiến hành bàn giao ít nhất là 15 (mười lăm) ngày.
Trong trường hợp bên B bàn giao trễ so với thời gian quy định trên thì bên B sẽ bị phạt 1.000.000vnđ (một triệu đồng) cho 1 ngày bàn giao trễ và không bàn giao trễ quá 10 ngày tính từ ngày bàn giao theo Quy định tại Điều 2 của hợp đồng này. Trong trường hợp bên B bàn giao trễ quá 10 ngày nêu trên mà hai bên không có bất kỳ thỏa thuận nào khác thì bên A có quyền đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng này ngay lập tức, bên B phải hoàn trả lại toàn bộ số tiền đặt cọc cho bên A trong vòng 2 ngày và bên A có quyền yêu cầu bên B bồi thường thiệt hại phát sinh do việc bàn giao chậm trễ gây ra (nếu có).
Trong trường hợp có sự điều chỉnh thời gian bàn giao đã được quy định trong hợp đồng này thì hai bên phải có sự thỏa thuận bằng văn bản.
Khi bàn giao hai bên phải lập biên bản bàn giao có xác nhận đại diện hai bên.
