4.2.2-qui định người lấy mẫu kiểm nghiệm nguyên liệu trước khi nhập kho :
- nhân viên phòng kiểm tra chất lượng được đào tạo về GMP, GSP, GLP và phải nắm vững nguyên tắc lấy mẫu theo qui trình thao tác chuẩn lấy mẫu nguyên liệu
- người lấy mẫu phải thay áo, rửa tay, sát trùng tay với ethanol 70 và mang găng tay tiệt trùng trước khi tiến hành lấy mẫu
4.2.3- qui định nơi lấy mẫu kiểm nghiệm
- lấy mẫu trong lab lấy mẫu có cấp độ sạch cấp c theo qui định của GMP- WHO được đặt trong phòng lấy mẫu thuộc cấp độ sạch cấp D và phòng lấy mẫu được đặt trong kho đạt chuẩn GSP
