- Căn cứ Công văn số 3226-CV/VPTU ngày 22 tháng 10 năm 2012 và của Ủy ban nhân dân Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh về việc hỗ trợ tỉnh Champasak (Lào) lập quy hoạch thị trấn Paksong và thiết kế bản vẽ thi công các hạng mục của quảng trường Sanam Deng thuộc huyện Pakse
- Căn cứ Thông báo số 922/TB-VP ngày 26 tháng 12 năm 2012 của Văn phòng Ủy ban nhân dân Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh về việc hỗ trợ tỉnh Champasak (Lào) lập quy hoạch thị trấn Paksong.
- Căn cứ Thông báo số 1109/TB-SQHKT ngày 12 tháng 4 năm 2013 của Sở Quy hoạch – Kiến trúc về việc giao nhiệm vụ thực hiện tổ chức thi tuyển thiết kế quy hoạch thị trấn Paksong và tuyển chọn công ty tư vấn thiết kế Quảng trường Sanam Deng, thuộc tỉnh Champasak (Lào);
- Căn cứ Công văn 956/SQHKT-TTTTQH ngày 01 tháng 4 năm 2013 của Sở Quy hoạch – Kiến trúc về việc báo cáo chuyến đi công tác khảo sát lập quy hoạch thị trấn Paksong và Quảng trường Sanam Deng, thuộc tỉnh Champasak (Lào);
