VI. BÀN GIAO CÔNG TRÌNH
1. Sau khi hoàn thành công trình và làm công tác vệ sinh cơ bản, công ty sẽ tiến hành mời Chủ đầu tư xuống công trình để làm công tác nghiệm thu lần cuối, nếu thấy chưa hài lòng, Chủ đầu tư có thể ghi trực tiếp vào biên bản các hạng mục cần phải khắc phục để chúng tôi có cơ sở khác phục nhằm giúp công trình đạt chất lượng tốt nhất. Nhắm tránh kéo dài việc khác phục nếu có, Chủ đầu tư vui lòng xem xét kiểm tra thật kỹ trong tối đa 2 lần nghiệm thi đợt cuối để đơn vị thi công hoàn thành và bàn giao đợt cuối.
2. Công tác vệ sinh công nghiệp không thuộc công việc của hợp đồng thi công. Trong trường hợp Chủ đầu tư có nhu cầu tìm kiếm đơn vị chuyên vệ sinh công nghiệp liên hệ công ty giới thiệu.
3. Thời điểm hoàn thành công trình sẽ được tính từ khi hai bên ấn điịnh thời gian bắt đầu thi công đến khi có thông báo bàn giao công trình. Tất cả các lỗi phát sinh sau ngày hoàn thành sẽ được tính và khắc phục trong thời gian bảo hành.
4. Chủ đầu tư vui lòng đến công ty làm biên bản bàn giao sau khi đẫ thanh toán đầy đủ các đợt thanh toán trong hợp đồng, đồng thời kí vào biên bản thanh lý hợp đồng (trừ đợt bảo hành nếu có). Công ty chỉ xuất hóa đơn VAT (nếu có) khi Chủ đầu tư đã thanh toán đầy đủ giá trị hợp đồng trừ phần bảo hành.
5. Trong trường hợp Chủ đầu tư và phòng thi công không thống nhất được với nhau trong việc bàn giao và thanh lý thì phòng pháp lý công ty sẽ tiếp tục làm việc với Chủ đầu từ về các vấn đề còn lại.
