Khách sạn 5 sao mang tên JW Marriott Hanoi với thiết kế rất ấn tượng dựa trên ý tưởng về một bờ biển Việt Nam nên thơ, lấy cảm hứng từ hình ảnh của “con rồng huyền thoại”, một biểu tượng rất có ý nghĩa trong di sản văn hóa lâu đời, đậm đà bản sắc của dân tộc Việt Nam. Đây sẽ là khách sạn duy nhất nằm liền kề với Trung tâm Hội nghị Quốc gia, Mỹ Đình, Hà Nội.

JW Marriott Hanoi nằm cách trung tâm Hà Nội 7,5 km về phía Tây và cách sân bay 22,5 km về phía Nam. Theo quy hoạch chung của thành phố đến năm 2020, JW Marriott Hanoi sẽ được vây quanh bởi các chung cư, nhà liền kề, cao ốc văn phòng hiện đại và công viên cây xanh trong tương lai.

Khu vực tiền sảnh sẽ được trang bị bởi một quầy bar, môt nhà hàng, quầy lưu niệm, lễ tân, trung tâm mua sắm, bộ phận hành chính, các phòng họp nhỏ và một khoảng trống dành để thư giãn với mái lợp nhìn ra mặt nước. Bên cạnh đó, khách sạn còn được bố trí những khu vực dành riêng cho dịch vụ chuyển hàng đến và đi cũng như cung cấp các dịch vụ khác tại phía sau của khách sạn.

Trung tâm giải trí được trang bị bởi các nhà hàng lớn, nhỏ, 5.000 m2 dành cho khu vực mua sắm, hội trường lớn rộng 1.000 m2, có thể chia thành 4 phòng nhỏ, một hội trường nhỏ hơn với diện tích 500 m2 cũng có thể chia thành 4 phòng nhỏ và một số phòng họp khác nhỏ hơn. Bên cạnh đó, khách sạn còn được bố trí những khu vực dành riêng cho dịch vụ chuyển hàng đến và đi cũng như cung cấp các dịch vụ khác phía sau.
