1- Kiểm tra thiết bị trước khi vận hành:
- Kiểm tra hệ thống gas cao áp ( không rò rỉ, van ở vị trí đóng)
- Mở van gạt gas ở bộ phận cao áp, mở van tại cổ bình ga, kiểm tra áp suất tại van điều
áp cấp 1 ( 1,5 - 2 kg/cm2).
- Kiểm tra các van trên mặt điều khiển ( toàn bộ các núm vặn đều ở vị trí “OFF”.
- Kiểm tra bếp đảm bảo đủ mâm chia lửa, vị trí không bị kênh, lệch.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
