Là việc trao đổi trực tiếp giữa Tổng Giám đốc (Giám đốc) công ty với người lao động hoặc đại diện người lao động Công ty nhằm chia sẻ thông tin, tăng cường sự hiểu biết giữa người sử dụng lao động và người lao động để bảo đảm việc thực hiện quy chế dân chủ ở cơ sở tại nơi làm việc.
