- Báo cáo cải tiến ,đối sách phản ánh khách hàng.
- Xây dựng kế hoạch cải tiến hành tháng,hàng năm (hoạt động nhóm nhỏ ,6six sigma).
- Hoàn thành chỉ số KPIs do nhà máy đưa ra.
- Báo cáo tiến độ thực hiện công việc hàng ngày ,hàng tuần ,tháng.
- Xây dựng kế hoạch ,tái tạo sửa chữa sản phẩm lỗi .Thực hiện giảm chi phí tiết kiệm nâng cao hiệu suất nhà máy.
- Liên hệ các vendor support.
