Về đề nghị của Anh liên quan đến hồ sơ điều trị bệnh của Bác Nguyễn Toàn Thắng, PTI xin có ý kiến trả lời như sau:
- Theo những thông tin mà Anh đã cung cấp về tình trạng cũng như điều trị của Bác Thắng và căn cứ các điều khoản bảo hiểm du lịch quốc tế mà Bác Thắng đã tham gia, trường hợp bị viêm túi mật sẽ thuộc điểm loại trừ của PTI. PTI đã có ý kiến trả lời sơ bộ cho Anh qua email. Do đó, theo đề nghị của Anh, vì chưa nhận được hồ sơ bồi thường đầy đủ và hợp lệ nên PTI sẽ trả lời Anh theo hướng sau:
o Căn cứ vào thông tin Anh cung cấp về việc điều trị của Bác Thắng trong đợt du lịch tại Mỹ cũng như căn cứ vào Giấy chứng nhận bảo hiểm du lịch quốc tế số CN.6.3-0001565 mà Bác Thắng đã tham gia từ ngày 18/09/2015 đến 02/11/2015, trường hợp phẫu thuật mổ túi mật sẽ không thuộc phạm vi bảo hiểm do bị loại trừ tại mục 2, phần III. Các điểm loại trừ chung (Quy tắc bảo hiểm số 262/QĐ-PTI-BHCN ngày 26/09/2012). Do đó, toàn bộ các chi phí liên quan đến cuộc phẫu thuật này sẽ không được chi trả.
o Đính kèm theo đây là Đơn BH theo GCNBH của Bác Thắng.
- Do không ký kết hợp tác với Bệnh viện và cũng không có yêu cầu từ phía Bệnh viện nên PTI không thể trả lời trực tiếp Bệnh viện được mà PTI sẽ trả lời trực tiếp tới Anh để Anh chuyển trực tiếp tới Bệnh viện. Trường hợp cần thiết, Anh có thể đề nghị PTI trả lời về trường hợp điều trị của Bác Thắng và CC cho Bệnh viện. Trên cơ sở đó, PTI sẽ reply All để Bệnh viện có thể nhận được ý kiến trả lời của PTI.

Vậy PTI đề xuất ý kiến như vậy. Nếu Anh đồng ý hoặc cần bổ sung thêm thông tin gì thì Anh phản hồi lại PTI để PTI hoàn chỉnh. Sau khi có ý kiến phản hồi đồng ý của Anh, PTI sẽ gửi lại Anh nội dung bằng tiếng Anh.
