Trong vòng tối đa 05 ngày kể từ khi bên B nhận đầy đủ hồ sơ thanh quyết toán từ bên A thì bên B phải kí duyệt hồ sơ thanh quyết toán hoặc phải có văn bản chính thức về phát sinh (nếu có). Nếu quá 05 ngày mà bên B không có bất cứ văn bản chính thức nào về nguyên nhân chưa kí thanh quyết toán thì mặc nhiên thanh quyết toán của bên BA được coi là đã được bên B chấp nhận hoàn toàn mọi số liệu của bên A đã đưa ra, và bên B phải thanh tóan cho bên A chậm nhất trong vòng 10 ngày tiếp theo. Quá thời hạn này nếu bên B vẫn chưa thanh toán cho bên A thì được coi là bên B đã vi phạm tiến độ thanh toán và sẽ được tính phạt hợp đồng theo Điều 6.2 của Hợp đồng này.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
