Module 2: Technology, phần này sẽ cung cấp cho tôi những thông tin về Low carbon technologies, các công nghệ thân thiện với môi trường, sẽ là những thông tin hữu ích để có thể tư vấn/ thi công các công trình năng lượng góp phần giảm thiểu phát thải khí nhà kính
Bên cạnh đó, sẽ cung cấp cho tôi các công cụ tính toán giảm phát thải khí nhà kính như RETScreen , LEAP để có thể phân tích các kịch bản, phương án để lựa chọn phương án tối ưu (phát thải ít nhất, chi phí nhỏ nhất)…

Có thể nhận thấy rằng, việc phát triển năng lượng tái tạo sẽ góp phần giải phát thải khí nhà kính, góp phần đảm bảo an ninh năng lượng, phát triển bền những, nhưng 1 trong những rào cản lớn nhất mà NLTT chưa thực sự được phát triển ở VN đó là về mặt tài chính, do chi phí đầu tư, vận hành, bảo dưỡng các công trình NLTT ở VN còn quá cao (so với NL truyền thống) vì thế việc viết các đề xuất thực hiện dự án, kêu gọi tài trợ từ các tổ chức khác là điều rất cần thiết trong tình hình hiện nay, và phần này sẽ giúp tôi thực hiện được điều đó

Như đã nói ở trên, việc kêu gọi hỗ trợ tài chính từ các tổ chức là rất cần thiết, và các đề xuất này có thể gửi đến những tổ chức nào, và 1 đề xuất/ dự án có thành công hay không cần phải có sự phân tích kinh tế- tài chính- xã hội và những nội dung của phần này sẽ cung cấp thông tin hỗ trợ tôi thực hiện đề xuất/ dự án tốt hơn
