11.3. Việc giao kết Thỏa Thuận này giữa Hai Bên là hoàn toàn tự nguyện, không bị ép buộc.

11.4. Hai Bên cam kết thực hiện đúng và đầy đủ tất cả các thoả thuận đã ghi trong Thỏa Thuận này.
11.5. Hỗ trợ mọi điều kiện thuận lợi cho nhau hoàn thành công việc trên tinh thần tôn trọng và cộng tác cùng có lợi.
11.6. Trong trường hợp một hoặc nhiều Điều, khoản, điểm trong Thỏa Thuận này bị cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền tuyên là vô hiệu, không có giá trị pháp lý hoặc không thể thi hành theo quy định hiện hành của pháp luật thì các Điều, khoản, điểm khác của Thỏa Thuận này vẫn có hiệu lực thi hành đối với Hai Bên. Hai Bên sẽ thống nhất sửa đổi các Điều, khoản, điểm bị vô hiệu hoặc không có giá trị pháp lý hoặc không thể thi hành theo quy định của pháp luật và phù hợp với ý chí của Hai Bên.
ĐIỀU 12. ĐIỀU KHOẢN THI HÀNH
12.1. Thỏa Thuận này được giải thích và điều chỉnh theo pháp luật của nước Cộng hoà Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam.
12.2. Mọi sửa đổi bổ sung Thỏa Thuận này phải được Hai Bên lập thành văn bản và có giá trị pháp lý như Thỏa Thuận này.
12.3. Thỏa Thuận này có hiệu lực từ ngày ký, được lập thành 04 (bốn) bản song ngữ bằng tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh, có giá trị pháp lý như nhau. Ngôn ngữ ưu tiên áp dụng là tiếng Việt . Mỗi bên giữ 02 bản và có hiệu lực từ ngày ký được ghi tại trang đầu của Hợp Đồng.
