Sau khi có cuộc họp với các bên quản lí các xưởng ( MR QUANG , MR PHÓNG ,MR CHÂU )
Khói bụi phát sinh từ các nguồn như sau :
1 /các công nhân lái xe nâng trong xưởng tốc độ cao + xe nâng củ lâu năm phát sinh khói bụi từ xe nâng .
Khắc phục : thông báo chạy chậm ,đổi hướng đi khác ,tránh chạy xe vào xưởng nhuộm ( coating ), cho kiểm tra lại hệ thống máy xe ,tránh khói bụi,
2/ vãi bên bộ phận dệt bụi rất nhiều khi bám vào vãi và khi chạy xe nâng chạy mạnh ,nhanh thì tạo ra bụi nhiều gây ảnh hưởng tới vãi.
Khắc phục : bộ phận dệt cho xịt bụi sạch trước khi vận chyển sang nhuộm và cho chuyển hướng đi khác tránh đi lối trong nhà kho kiểm hàng ( lối coating ).
3/ Khói bụi từ bên ngoài ( lò hơi các nhà máy xung quanh ) khi có gió lớn,mạnh kéo bụi vào bám trên vãi.
Khắc phục : che chắn nilong khi có gió mạnh ,kiểm tra khí thải từ lò hơi .
• Bên cạnh đó các nhà xưởng cần vệ sinh sạch sẽ ,tránh bụi bám lâu ngày ,các mạn nhện trên trần nhà sẽ không an toàn dể phat sinh cháy nổ ,công nhân lái xe nâng cần ý thức bảo quản xe nâng ,báo cáo kiểm tra kịp thời khi xe nâng bị hư .
• Nếu có điều kiện công ty mua thêm xe điện để phục vụ nâng hàng bên trong nhà xưởng.
• Cần vệ sinh sạch sẽ nhà xưởng .

After a meeting with the management of the factory (OPTICAL MR, MR AFFAIRS, MR CHAU)
The dust arising from the following sources:

FIX: nylon shielding stronger winds, checking emissions from the boiler.
• Besides the workshops need to clean, avoid prolonged dust and spiders on the ceiling chronic insecurity will arise explosion , workers need to be aware forklift driver forklift preservation, inspection report promptly when a forklift is damaged.
• If conditions companies buy electric vehicles in service within warehouse forklift.
• need protection clean factory.
