Danh mục và tiến độ thực hiện các hạng mục khởi công năm 2016 đã được Chủ tịch Ủy ban nhân dân thành phố Yên Bái phê duyệt tại Kế hoạch đầu tư tăng cường số 5810/QĐ-UBND ngày 22/12/2015 và số 1560/QĐ-UBND ngày 23/5/2016. Để triển khai công việc, Ủy ban nhân dân thành phố Yên Bái đã giao nhiệm vụ cho Ban quản lý dự án “Chương trình đô thị miền núi phía Bắc - thành phố Yên Bái” làm đầu mối, chủ động thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến dự án.
