Trường hợp hàng hóa xảy ra lỗi nhưn

Trường hợp hàng hóa xảy ra lỗi nhưng tỷ lệ lỗi của hàng hóa không vượt quá một trong các tỷ lệ cam kết trên, Bên Bán sẽ chịu trách nhiệm sửa chữa/thay thế phần cứng và/hoặc nâng cấp phần mềm trong thời gian quy định tại Điều 7.1 và Phụ lục 5 – Dịch vụ bảo hành, bảo dưỡng và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật của Hợp đồng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

The case of the goods occurred but the error rate of the goods does not exceed one of the committed rate above, the seller will be responsible for repair/replace hardware and/or software upgrade during the period specified in article 7.1 and Appendix 5-warranty service, maintenance and technical support of the contract.

Where goods an error but the error rate of the goods does not exceed a percentage of the commitments, the Seller will be responsible for repair / replacement of hardware and / or software upgrade in the allotted time of Article 7.1 and Annex 5 - Warranty service, maintenance and technical support of the contract.
