- Điều kiện hoàn thành kiểm thử:

Người được chia sẻ tài liệu có thể tiếp nhận thông báo qua hệ thống, tiếp nhận được tài liệu chia sẻ, nhập bổ sung thông tin, copy về thư mục của đơn vị mình
- Cách thực hiện:
Sử dụng các account được phân quyền tương ứng cho thư mục để thực hiện giao dịch theo từng bước
Chú ý: + không sử dụng chức năng gửi email tới NSD khi chia sẻ tài liệu để tránh tình trạng spam email tới NSD thực tế. Chỉ sử dụng chức năng gửi tin nhắn qua hệ thống
+ Bám theo qui trình nghiệp vụ được điều chỉnh ở bước UAT để thực hiện kiểm thử
