Trong xã hội phát triển, có nhiều ngành nghề như: y tá, ......... Mỗi công việc đều có tầm quan trọng và lợi ích riêng của nó, giáo viên thì dạy học, bác sĩ thì khám bệnh,..... Nhưng nghề giáo viên, bác sĩ, hay y tá lại càng trở nên thông dụng, và phổ biến. Nhiều người cũng nuôi hy vọng sau này làm những việc này, bởi vì họ cho rằng công việc này là rất nhàn rỗi, lại thu nhập dễ dàng. Vì vậy, lượng giáo viên, bác sĩ, y tá ngày một đông lên, xã hội ngày càng dư thừa nhân lực và người ta cảm thấy họ không có giá trị. Bởi vì người ta có thể dễ dàng bỏ ra một món tiền để thuê gia sư hay bác sĩ về dạy học hay khám bệnh cho họ, mọi việc chỉ cần có tiền có thể là đáp ứng được nhu cầu của họ. Nhưng lại có những người khác cho rằng, vai trò của giáo viên, bác sĩ, hay y tá đều rất quan trọng, là người quyết định đến tương lai của một quốc gia, nên phải trả lương cho họ một cách xứng đáng. Còn về nghề diễn viên điện ảnh hay những ông chủ các công ty lớn thì có ít người theo đuổi những ước mơ này vì vậy các ngành này vất vả, khó nhọc. Cũng vì lí do đó mà các nghề này có thu nhập rất cao, rất xứng đáng với những công sức họ đã bỏ ra. Vì vậy chúng ta cần đặt ra tiêu chí để quyết định họ được trả lương bao nhiêu :
Không phân biệt đối xử với các ngành nghề nào. Tôn trọng nghề của người khác và phải trả lương cho họ thật xứng đáng với những gì họ làm được. Không chê bai, nói xấu nghề của người khác,....
Tóm lại, mỗi người đều có những cảm nhận và suy nghĩ riêng của mình về các ngành nghề. Không thể nói rằng nghề giáo viên, bác sĩ hay y tá là không có giá trị. Xã hội có tồn tại được là do mọi người góp một chút công sức vào đó, ta cần phải tôn trọng và phát huy hết các giá trị của nó.
