Quy định về quản lý và sử dụng nguồn hỗ trợ nước ngoài
của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo

Căn cứ Nghị định số 32/2008/NĐ-CP ngày 19 tháng 3 năm 2008 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo;
Căn cứ Nghị định số 131/2006/NĐ-CP ngày 09 tháng 11 năm 2006 của Chính phủ ban hành Quy chế quản lý và sử dụng nguồn hỗ trợ phát triển chính thức;
Căn cứ Nghị định số 93/2009/NĐ-CP ngày 22 tháng 10 năm 2009 của Chính phủ ban hành Quy chế quản lý và sử dụng viện trợ phi Chính phủ nước ngoài;
Căn cứ Thông tư số 04/2007/TT-BKH ngày 30 tháng 7 năm 2007 của Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư về hướng dẫn thực hiện quy chế quản lý và sử dụng nguồn hỗ trợ phát triển chính thức;
Thông tư số 07/2010/TT-BKH ngày 30 tháng 3 năm 2010 của Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư hướng dẫn thi hành Nghị định số 93/2009/NĐ-CP ngày 22/10/2009 ban hành quy chế quản lý và sử dụng viện trợ phi Chính phủ nước ngoài;
Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo hướng dẫn quản lý và sử dụng nguồn hỗ trợ nước ngoài của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo như sau:
