Việc triển khai thực hiện Luận văn này nhằm phân tích đưa ra các nhận định về thực trạng thu hút dòng vốn đầu tư gián tiếp nước ngoài vào Việt Nam, qua đó đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm duy trì và tận dụng hiệu quả dòng vốn đầu tư gián tiếp nước ngoài, đồng thời đảm bảo được sự chủ động trong việc vận hành chính sách, hạn chế các rủi ro phát sinh khi hấp thụ các dòng vốn này để đảm bảo duy trì không chỉ sự phát triển bền vững của TTCK Việt Nam mà còn là sự an toàn của cả nền kinh tế.

The implementation of this thesis aims to analyze given the reality of attracting indirect investment abroad into Vietnam, which proposed a number of solutions to maintain and utilize the efficiency of indirect investment abroad, while ensuring the active in the operation of the policy , limit the risks incurred when absorbing the flow of capital in order to ensure not only the maintenance of sustainable development of Vietnam STOCK MARKETS, but also the safety of the whole economy.

The implementation of this thesis to analyze the statements given on the status of capital inflows attracted portfolio investment in Vietnam, which proposed a number of measures to maintain and efficient utilization of line capital portfolio investment, while ensuring the operational initiative in policy and limit the risks arising when absorb these inflows to maintain not only the sustainable development of Vietnam's stock market, but also the safety of the whole economy.
