CHƯƠNG I: NHỮNG QUY ĐỊNH CHUNG

Điều 1. Phạm vi điều chỉnh
Bản nội quy lao động này bao gồm những quy định về kỷ luật lao động mà người lao động phải thực hiện khi làm việc tại Công ty và tại các đơn vị trực thuộc Công ty, quy định việc xử lý đối với người lao động có hành vi vi phạm kỷ luật lao động, quy định trách nhiệm vật chất đối với người lao động vi phạm kỷ luật lao động làm thiệt hại đến tài sản của Công ty

Những trường hợp không quy định trong Nội quy lao động này sẽ được áp dụng theo Luật Lao động và các quy định pháp luật hiện hành có liên quan của Nhà nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam.

Các điều khoản trong nội quy lao động này có thể sẽ được sửa đổi bổ sung theo những thay đổi của môi trường hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh của công ty và những thay đổi của pháp luật. Mọi nội quy lao động trước đây trái với nội quy này đều bị bãi bỏ.

Every previous labor rules contrary to the rules is repealed.
