When the children come home from the Halloween festival at school, they are ambushed. JEM breaks his arm and Boo is gone. JEM then is found and brought home by a stranger who later turns out to be Boo.History: To understand how To Kill A Mockingbird, you need to know a little about u.s. history. The u.s. used to have slavery, which caused conflicts between black people and white people Black people had fewer rights than white people. The KKK was a group that always tried to hurt and kill black Ada. Slavery, segregation, and the KKK all together caused the racism that still exits today and in the novel. When the South lost the Civil War, the Southerners got even poorer To Kill A Mockingbird was set in the South in the 1990 ' s. Also in the 1930 's, the u.s. suffered from the Great Depression, which made everyone poorer and poorer.Modern Connections: "As you grow older, you'll see white men cheat black men every day of your life, but let me tell you something and don't you forget it-whenever a white man does that to a black man, no matter who he is, how rich he is, or how fine a family he comes from, he is trash." They are all white, all the blacks, not excluding anyone, all have to live behind the barriers is social prejudice that could not be overcome. Moreover, to deny them an absolute way, people still willing to think of those conspiracy, heartless pushed them cornered. Tom Robinson suffered a tragic end to save the honor and self-esteem before continuing to suffer from the bad guys demeaning silent, slanderous way divine Lady, the most violent. Boo Hardley better luck when finally someone recognizes him, accept him but that doesn't mean that you get rid of body parts is an ample shadow dờ come on the sidelines of society. In a certain limit, Justice has voiced when taken to the Temple of the network for an honest man must die. However, social realism paintings of America's crisis period is also not so bright more when power remained in the hands the gun and those who bear the skin color of the master.Symbolism: the mockingbird is used as a symbol to show the loss of innocence. The verb "kill" shows the cruelty while the mockingbirds are those that "don't do one thing but sing their hearts out for us." The symbol of purity and innocence is destroyed by the darkness in the society. This is what Atticus Finch tells his children when he retells his childhood story. Atticus was given a gun and he killed a mockingbird. He has never stopped feeling regretful since then. According to Atticus, unlike other birds, the mockingbirds do not harm people so they do not deserve to be killed. Tom Robinson is a mockingbird. The fact that Atticus does not allow the children to use the gun shows his humanity. He does not want his children to hurt the innocent birds just because they have the gun-which means power. Atticus emphasizes that power has to go with responsibility. The second mockingbird is the second victim of the stupid and cruel society in Maycomb-Boo Radley. Boo Radley is not a bad person but it is the society that makes him look like a bad person. Rumors are spread and believed but they are so wrong. Boo is white while Tom is black. However, both are innocent victims and imprisoned in the darkness. This proves that the society hurts anyone, no matter black or white. What To Kill a Mockingbird tries to tell is very big. It shows how unequal the US society is with the Mockingbirds-who are so innocent.Your Opinion: I like the book because The particular of To kill a mockingbird is every story takes place both through the eyes of the Girl Scout, the viewer easily recognize all the work all through the mind of the child, when it then all things are black and white on the left are all clearly know well rather than as adults had these prejudices are. I learned about family life, about fathers and sons, of emotions, of racism, injustice of society. It is hard to imagine, a white man in a world heavily racist again defend justice for a black man, despite all. I think that the novel is a work, the image of Atticus's picture of the hero standing up patterns to the injustice and brutality, only knows what's right."I enjoyed the book but I always regarded it as something unexpected-the most elaborate story Atticus as a benevolent character and integrity that he can't seem to commit any wrong things but in the end despite laws, lying to save Boo. We were driven to the extent the author accepts that the decision of Atticus is the right thing. " However, like the other comments people say, a novel not necessarily offer a solution. Harper Lee has helped us think about our own attitude-and of all the people around us.Conclu: see To kill a mockingbird, you will be fascinated by the game, a child of Scout and Jem and Dill, and would like to relive a childhood. By Scout and Jem, fear, injustice, frustration were expressed fully. And through which we see the true personality of each person, Atticus, is a noble man and a dear father, Bob Ewell, is a demon, and Tom Robinson is not a crime that is a tragic character of social injustice, and Boo Radley, a mysterious product of the imagination of children. The film was on the children's fair stance that judgment, and as for me see how bad society when these prejudices and contempt.MLA:
