Phần Góp Vốn Điều Lệ của Các Bên vào Công ty sẽ được chuyển vào một tài khoản ngoại tệ sinh lãi do Công ty mở tại một ngân hàng thương mại Việt Nam hoặc một ngân hàng liên doanh hoặc chi nhánh của ngân hàng nước ngoài được phép hoạt động tại Việt Nam. Tiền lãi thu được từ khoản tiền gởi này sẽ được tính gộp vào thu nhập của Công ty;

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

The shares of the parties on the company will be transformed into a foreign currency account b. interest by company opened at a commercial bank in Vietnam or a joint venture Bank or branches of foreign banks are allowed to operate in Vietnam. Interest derived from monies sent will be included in the income of the company;

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Part charter capital contribution of the Parties to the company will be transferred into a foreign currency account opened by the Company profitable in a commercial bank or a bank Vietnam joint venture or branch of a foreign bank is allowed operating in Vietnam. Interest received from these deposits will be included in the income of the Company;
