Tham mưu cho Hiệu trưởng về công tác Kế hoạch và tài chính. Quản lý tập trung và sử dụng hiệu quả nguồn tài chính phục vụ cho tất cả các hoạt động của nhà trường theo chế độ quy định của Nhà Nước.
Chịu trách nhiệm trước Hiệu trưởng về công tác tài chính, kế toán, quản lý và phân phối tài chính, giám sát việc sử dụng tài chính, vật tư, trang thiết bị, tài sản, thanh quyết toán theo đúng chế độ, thủ tục và nguyên tắc quản lý tài chính của Nhà nước.

Advised principal on the work plan and finance. Centralized management and effective use of financial resources service for all the activity of the school according to the prescribed regimes of State.Responsible to the principal about financial affairs, accounting, management and delivery of finance, monitoring the use of finance, supplies, equipment, properties, settled in the correct mode, procedures and financial management principles of the State.

Advise the Principal on the work and financial plan. Centralized management and efficient use of financial resources to serve all of the school's activities according to regulations of the State.
To be responsible to the Principal on the work of finance, accounting, management and financial distribution, monitoring the use of financial, material, equipment, assets, settled according to the regime, procedures and principles of financial management of the State.
