Lời đầu tiên, Công ty TNHH Giải pháp Viễn thông Việt Nam (Vnteleco) xin gửi đến Quý công ty lời chào trân trọng, lời chúc may mắn và thành công.
Từ đầu năm 2015 đến nay Vnteleco đã cung cấp rất nhiều giải pháp và hợp tác triển khai kinh doanh một số dịch vụ với Lumitel. Hiện tại các dịch vụ vẫn hoạt động tốt và doanh thu tương đối ổn định, góp phần giúp cho sự phát triển của Lumitel. Tuy nhiên do tình hình khan hiếm ngoại tệ tại Burundi từ đầu năm 2016, dẫn đến việc thanh toán doanh thu cho chúng tôi bị gián đoạn từ tháng 6/2016 đến nay. Vì vậy bằng công văn này, Vnteleco chấp nhận nhận thanh toán theo tỷ giá chợ đen mà Lumitel mua để thanh toán cho chúng tôi.
Tổng số tiền nợ đến hết tháng 11/2016 là:

- Tổng số tiền theo biên bản đã đối soát: 77,343.52 USD
