I have a habit of not eating properly, I do not eat breakfast the morning, noon eat fast food because the rush to go to school. I usually eat the evening fully to compensate for breakfast and lunch.
I drink 2 liters of water in a day. Sometimes, I drink juice instead of water. But I eat too much fast food. I eat fast food every day, it's a bad habit. Besides, I eat lots of fruits and vegetables because it is good for health.
I think my eating habits are not symmetrical. I need to change their eating habits more reasonable, I need to eat a full breakfast, lunch and dinner.
