14.1. “Bất khả kháng” có được hiểu

14.1. “Bất khả kháng” có được hiểu là một sự kiện hoặc trường hợp bất thường (i) ngoài khả năng kiểm soát của một Bên, và (ii) Bên đó không thể lường trước tại thời điểm khi ký kết Hợp Đồng, và (iii) Đã xảy ra mà bên đó không thể tránh hay khắc phục một cách hợp lý, và (iv) Không thể quy kết cho bên kia. Bất khả kháng có thể gồm, nhưng không giới hạn những sự kiện như động đất, bão, lũ, lụt, lốc, sóng thần, lở đất; hoả hoạn; chiến tranh hoặc có nguy cơ xảy ra chiến tranh…và các thảm hoạ khác chưa lường hết trước được, sự thay đổi chính sách hoặc sự ngăn cấm của cơ quan có thẩm quyền của Việt Nam.

14.1. "force majeure" has to be understood as an event or unusual circumstances (i) beyond the control of a party, and (ii) the party that could not be foreseen at the time when the contract, and (iii) happened that that party cannot avoid or fix a reasonable way, and (iv) could not be attributed to the other party. Force majeure may include, but is not limited to these events as earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados, floods, flood, tsunami, landslides; the fires; war or danger of war ... and other disasters have yet to be exhausted with measuring the change of policy or prohibit the competent authorities of Vietnam.

14.1. "Force Majeure" has been interpreted as an event or unusual circumstances (i) beyond the control of a party, and (ii) the Party could not foresee at the time of the signing of the Agreement, and ( iii) there was that party can not avoid or overcome in a reasonable manner, and (iv) can not be attributed to the other side. Force Majeure may include, but are not limited to events such as earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, tornados, tsunamis, landslides; fire; war or risk of war ... and other unexpected disasters before it, the policy changes or the prohibition of the competent authorities of Vietnam.

14.1. "Force majeure" is interpreted as an event or abnormal situation, (I) in an internal control capacity, and (II) in the unexpected in signing the contract, and (III) occurred in this cannot be avoided or overcome a reasonable, and cannot be induced (IV) for the other side. Force majeure may include, but not limited to events, such as earthquake, typhoon, flood, storm, flood, tsunami, mudslides, fire, war or threat of the disaster, the other is not in the amount of change in policy or prevent the authorities banned in vietnam.
