Trong trường hợp không có tranh chấ

Trong trường hợp không có tranh chấp hoặc không vi phạm bất kỳ điều khoản nào của hợp đồng thì không bên nào được đơn phương chấm dứt hoặc hủy bỏ hợp đồng này khi chưa có sự đồng ý bằng văn bản của bên kia. Trường hợp một bên đơn phương chấm dứt hoặc hủy bỏ hợp đồng thì phải bồi thường toàn bộ thiệt hại phát sinh cho bên bị chấm dứt.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

In the event there is a dispute or not in violation of any provision of the contract, neither party unilaterally terminate or cancel this agreement without the written consent of the other party. Where a party to unilaterally terminate or cancel the contract it must compensate all damages arising for the party was terminated.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

In case of any dispute or breach of any provision of this agreement shall not be party to unilaterally terminate or cancel this contract without the written consent of the other party. Where one party to unilaterally terminate or cancel the contract, pay compensation for all damage incurred to the termination.
