Việc đáp ứng những nhu cầu bậc cao, tăng giá trị cảm nhận cho nhân viên sẽ khiến cho họ làm việc tốt hơn, trung thành hơn. ví dụ: khen thưởng, thuyên chuyển công việc,tái cơ cấu bộ máy hoạt động đã nêu ở trên.
