Thực hiện hướng dẫn của ĐHQGHN, từ năm học 2010 - 2011 đến nay Khoa đã thực hiện việc lấy ý kiến phản hồi của người học thông qua đánh giá môn học một cách hệ thống, thường xuyên và định kỳ theo từng học kỳ trong năm học. Kết quả báo cáo thống kê trong 5 năm gần đây cho thấy 100% người học được tham gia đánh giá môn học trước khi kết thúc, nội dung đánh giá toàn diện về chương trình môn học, tổ chức thực hiện môn học, hoạt động giảng dạy và hoạt động kiểm tra đánh giá kết quả học tập (H11.11.05.01). Từ năm học 2014 – 2015 đến nay Khoa áp dụng việc lấy ý kiến đánh giá về môn học dưới hình thức khảo sát trực tuyến online nên hầu hết các môn học trong chương trình đào tạo đều được người học đánh giá. Việc thực hiện khảo sát được thực hiện nghiêm túc, đúng quy trình, đúng tiến độ. Cán bộ quản lý, giảng viên, nhân viên của Khoa có tinh thần cầu thị với kết quả xử lý phân tích thông tin phản hồi từ sinh viên (H11.11.05.01).
